Abdominal plain film

Objective : To study the diagnostic value of abdominal plain film for acute appendicitis in children .

目的：探讨小儿阑尾炎腹部平片的X线诊断价值。

Abdominal plain film showed complete obstruction in 2 cases , in complete obstruction in 3 cases and mass in 2 cases .

7例腹部平片2例表现完全性肠梗阻，3例不全性肠梗阻，2例见肿块影；

Abdominal plain film is normal .

腹部平片未见异常。

Objective : To study the value of abdominal plain film radiography and CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction .

目的：探讨腹部X线平片和CT检查在肠梗阻诊断中的价值。

Method : Retrospective analysis B type ultrasound , CT , ERCP and abdominal plain film data of 10 cases of pancreatic duct stone .

方法：回顾性分析了10例胰管结石病人的B超、CT、ERCP、腹部平片资料。

The ultrasonographic diagnosis was compared with that of radiography including abdominal plain film ( KUB ) and intravenous pyelography ( IVP ) .

全部病例均行超声检查，并与腹部X线平片（KUB）、静脉肾盂造影（IVP）结果相比。

Intestinal motility abnormality , colonic obstruction and low small intestinal obstruction were the main manifestations of abdominal plain film , in which the former two accounted for 94 % .

新生儿HD表现为肠动力性改变、结肠梗阻和低位小肠梗阻，以肠动力改变和结肠梗阻更多见（共15例）。

Results : The abdominal plain film is gastric dilatation with no-air in abdomen as its important expression , seen from barium meal examination that the stomach and duodenectasis show incomplete or complete high intestinal obstruction .

结果：腹部平片以胃扩张伴腹部无气为重要表现；钡餐检查见胃、十二指肠扩张呈不完全性或完全性高位小肠梗阻；

Results 4 patients were 2 males and 2 females , and aged 2 ~ 6 days . Clinical manifestation included vomiting , dyspnea , pallor , abdominal distension and crescent gas under diaphragm showed in abdominal plain film .

结果4例患儿中男、女各2例，发病时间为出生后2～6天，患儿突然出现呕吐、呼吸困难、面色苍白，腹部膨隆。
